I'm so happy for you to be seeing this! I'm Jennifer Lucas Gibbs and I'm honored to by your guide for the coming 8 weeks of a dramatic physical and mental transformation.


I have created the #8beautiful Program to support women to rise to their next level in all areas of their life, and specifically the body you see in the mirror, and how you feel about her.


My goal? I want you to fall MADLY IN LOVE WITH YOU! And be so proud of yourself too!


HOW DOES THIS WORK?

There are the daily steps to follow for 8 weeks. You can start any day of the week (don't wait until Monday for your best life to start!)


There are two versions of the 8Beautiful program, you choose the level that's best for you right now. You can always repeat it again on another level!


FULL #8BEAUTIFUL PROGRAM (for women really ready to push themselves and see the most dramatic results in 8 weeks).

  • Prayer or silence (2 minutes)

  • Workout 1 (25-60 minutes minimum)

  • Workout 2 (25 minutes minimum)

  • Celebration Photo (daily selfie of face or body)

  • Affirmation Aloud (Say out loud, preferably in the mirror "I love me because _______")

  • Positive Input (read 10 pages or listen 20 minutes)

  • Drink 88 oz water (4 x 22oz bottles)

  • Eat Clean (your own eating plan or recommended up to 120 carbs)


PETITE #8BEAUTIFUL PROGRAM (for women that just want to get themselves unstuck and into motion, or who feel this level is best for this season of life).

  • Prayer or silence (2 minutes)

  • Workout 1 (25-60 minutes minimum)

  • Workout 2 (25 minutes minimum: OPTIONAL FOR PETITE LEVEL PARTICIPANTS)

  • Celebration Photo (daily selfie of face or body)

  • Affirmation Aloud (Say out loud, preferably in the mirror "I love me because _______")

  • Positive Input (read 5 pages or listen 10 minutes)

  • Drink 66 oz water (3 x 22oz bottles)

  • Eat Clean (your own eating plan or recommended up to 180 carbs)
