I'm sooooo excited for you to be seeing this! I'm Jennifer Lucas Gibbs and I'm honored to by your guide for the coming 8 weeks of your upleveling!


I had such a dramatic physical and mental transformation during my own life changing, multi-week challenge that I just have to share what worked with me with other women! I have created the #8beautiful Challenge to support other women to rise to their next level in all areas of their life, and specifically how you see yourself in the mirror and also inside your own head.



My goal? I want you to fall MADLY IN LOVE WITH YOU! And be so proud of yourself too!


HOW DOES THIS WORK?

These are the daily steps to follow for 8 weeks. You can start any day of the week (don't wait until Monday for your best life to start!)


There are two versions of the Challenge, you choose the level that's best for you right now. You can always do it again on another level!


FULL #8BEAUTIFUL CHALLENGE (for women really ready to push themselves and see the most dramatic results in 8 weeks).

  • Prayer or silence (2 minutes)

  • Workout 1 (25 minutes minimum)

  • Workout 2 (25-60 minutes)

  • Celebration Photo & Greeting (daily selfie & positive self talk sentence)

  • Positive Input (read 10 pages or listen 20 minutes)

  • Drink 88 oz water (4 x 22oz bottles)

  • Eat Clean (your own plan or recommended up to 120 carbs)

  • Anxiously engaged toward an activity or goal (you choose)


PETITE #8BEAUTIFUL CHALLENGE (for women that just want to get themselves unstuck and into motion, or who feel this level is best for this season of life).

  • Prayer or silence (2 minutes)

  • Workout 1 (25 minutes minimum)

  • Workout 2 (25-60 minutes: OPTIONAL FOR PETITE PARTICIPANTS)

  • Celebration Photo & Greeting (daily selfie & positive self talk sentence)

  • Positive Input (read 5 pages or listen 10 minutes)

  • Drink 66 oz water (3 x 22oz bottles)

  • Eat Clean (your own plan or recommended up to 180 carbs)

  • Anxiously engaged toward an activity or goal (you choose)
